Refund policy
If a book is damaged or incorrectly shipped, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund.
Please get in touch through our contact page Contact Us – The Saint Austin Press before sending anything back. We'll confirm the return and send you a returns form — parcels that arrive without one are difficult for us to match to an order, and we may not be able to accept them.
Books should come back in the condition they reached you, in their original packaging. We ask that you obtain proof of posting; until a parcel reaches us it remains your responsibility, and proof of posting is what protects you if it goes astray.
Return postage is not refunded unless we sent the wrong title, in which case we cover it.

Please use the address for your own region. Returning a book across the Atlantic is slow, expensive, and occasionally attracts customs charges we can't reimburse.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If a book arrives damaged, or isn't the one you ordered, tell us within 14 days of delivery and send a photograph if the damage is visible. We'll replace it or refund it in full, including postage both ways. You don't need to return a damaged book before we act.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us we'll inspect it and write to you either way. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further few days to post it to your account, which is outside our control.
If more than fifteen business days have passed since we confirmed a refund and you still haven't seen it, let us know through our Contact Page Contact Us – The Saint Austin Press and we'll chase it.
Your statutory rights — UK and EU customers
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to return the goods. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards cannot be returned. Sale and clearance titles are returnable on the same terms as any other book.
